RENDIMENT programme by RCDE Escola Dani Jarque underway
An individualised training format for players who want to enhance their football development at the Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque
The RCDE Escola Dani Jarque presents its RENDIMENT programme for the 2026/27 season. It is an individual development initiative aimed at male and female players and goalkeepers who wish to continue growing and reach their full footballing potential.
The programme takes place at the Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque -the same facilities where RCD Espanyol’s academy teams (La21) and the men’s and women’s first teams train- and utilises the methodology and coaching staff as the club's youth setup.
Training sessions in small groups
RENDIMENT is designed to complement the training players receive at their regular clubs, featuring mixed-group sessions with a maximum of eight participants; this allows for more personalised attention and a high number of interventions during each training session.
The programme is available for the following age groups:
- U-8: born in 2019, 2020 or 2021.
- U-11: born in 2016, 2017 or 2018.
- U-14: born in 2013, 2014 or 2015.
- U-17: born in 2010, 2011 or 2012.
In addition, the programme includes specific training sessions for male and female goalkeepers in all time slots.
Different training options
Participants can choose between a one-hour weekly option -with training sessions on Tuesdays or Sundays- or a two-hour weekly option, combining both days.
The scheduled times are:
- Tuesdays, 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: U-8 and U-11.
- Tuesdays, 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM: U-14 and U-17.
- Sundays, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: U-8 and U-11.

Training base don the values of REBELS D’ARREL
Beyond sporting development, the RCDE Escola Dani Jarque is committed to holistic training grounded in the values and identity of RCD Espanyol.
The REBELS D’ARREL model is built around six core values: Respect, Effort, Bravery, Teamwork, Leadership, and Self-Improvement. These guide players both on and off the pitch.
Additionally, ‘Rendiment teams’ will be formed across different age groups during the season; these teams will represent RCD Espanyol in friendly matches and tournaments in Catalonia, across Spain, and internationally.
Registration open
Registration for the program is open until all available spots are filled.
There are various registration and payment options, ranging from weekly to quarterly, monthly, or seasonal plans.
